My Lead Angel provides video products and services that comply with The Consumer Rights Act 2015, and all items purchased are as displayed on our sales pages, online store, and social media platforms.
My Lead Angel stands behind our video products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via E-mail we generally offer no refunds. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site.
If you change your mind about your purchase and we have not yet delivered your video product via E-mail, we will happily issue you a refund upon your request.
Refund requests made after you have downloaded our product are handled on a case by case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. Refund requests, if any, must be made within thirty (30) days of your original purchase.
Exchanges We only replace video products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will gladly look into the matter for you/provide technical assistance where possible/provide a replacement.
